Creating a new arts district at the southern gateway to campus, the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center together with the Julie Collins Smith Museum of Fine Arts brings new experiences in the arts for students, faculty, and the Auburn Community.
Akustiks oversaw the acoustical and audio video design and construction aspects of the facility which features a new 1200-seat multi-use hall supporting a range of programs from orchestral music, theatre, dance, popular entertainment, and other special events. Construction was completed in the Summer of 2019. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
